Andrew Williams (Drew) was admitted to the California Bar in 1992 and later was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1996 after finishing his tour of duty in the United States Navy as a Judge Advocate. Upon admission to the Washington Bar Mr. Williams worked as a claims manager and insurance defense attorney for a major insurer before practicing plaintiff¹s personal injury law in Kitsap County. Mr. Williams joined the Law Offices of Harold D. Carr, P.S. in 2009 where he practices complex personal injury litigation.

Mr. Williams received his JD from Santa Clara University in 1991 and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Bates College in 1986 where he received a degree in Asian Studies.
